A 90-Minute Virtual Workshop

Feeling lost?

Good.

You’re in the right place.

You didn’t show up here because your life is falling apart. You showed up because it isn’t and somehow that’s the problem, its a problem that you cant quite put your finger on.

This workshop is for the person who knows something needs to change but can’t quite find the motivation to move.

Virtual via Zoom · 6 PM AEDT, june 30th 2026 · 90 minutes · Your place costs nothing

What's happening right now

A quick look at what's live, right now while it's still current.

Nothing current at the moment. In the meantime, here's where I've already shown up 🡫

Does this sound familiar?

Three things you feel, but have been afraid to say out loud.

The grey area is hard to name because nothing is technically wrong, yet nothing feels right either. There's a quiet sense that something's off, a wanting for more, but no clear idea of what that looks like or where to even start.

You've built your life. Everything and everyone is tied to the identity and lifestyle you've created. You thought it was what you wanted. Until, you start to think maybe it wasn't. And that dull longing for more keeps creeping back in.

The Grey Area Workshop is a free 90-minute live session where we'll put language to the thing you've been carrying, understand why nothing has stuck so far, and map out what a real path through it actually looks like.

This is not a motivational talk. You've had plenty of those.

This is real work, with someone who knows this space from the inside.

Podcasts

A record of where this work has already Conversations I've been part of, in case you'd rather listen than read.up.

01

“Life looks fine on paper, that's the problem.”

When nothing is technically wrong it feels like there's nothing to fix, which means it's hard to know where to start. So you avoid the feeling, you fill the time, you scroll longer than you mean to, you pour a glass of wine before you've thought about it, because of course, you deserve it. You stay busy, busy at least feels like something, like you're actually achieving. The numbing isn't the problem. It's what you're trying to run from.

02

“I’ll start Monday.”

“I'll be happy when.”

It's not laziness, weakness, or lack of motivation. This is burnout, it's the exhaustion of someone who has started and stopped enough times that beginning again feels like constantly pushing something really heavy up a very steep hill. Every failed attempt becomes proof, proof that you're not enough. Proof that you never were. Each time you fall down, it becomes harder to get back up.

03

“Is this all there is.”

The quietest one, it's the one you're too afraid to say outloud. The thought that creeps in every Sunday afternoon when you're already dreading tomorrow morning, just to do it all again, and again the following week. Going through the motions. Watching your life play out in slow motion as a movie, screaming at the screen — NO, DO SOMETHING.

Why nothing has worked

You've been trying to fix something that was never broken.

You've been using band-aid solutions rather than addressing what's actually going on underneath. You've read the books. You've downloaded the apps, you know the ones, the ones that promise to magically change yourlife in a week. You've joined the gym, taken a month off the booze, and that new notebook you bought is going to solve all your problems (again).

None of it failed because you're broken or because you're not enough. It failed because you keep trying to run from yourself and the person who got you to where you are today.

Image

The band-aid trap

Everything you try, the apps, the new habits, the morning routines, they all work temporarily. Then life gets heavy and it all collapses. Not because you're lazy, it’s because your identity hasn't changed. You've been trying to renovate the house, hoping for the best, without touching the foundations.

You can change the habit a hundred times. If the identity underneath stays the same, the same patterns reasserts themselves every single time.

Image

The rock bottom myth

You haven't hit rock bottom, you're functioning and that's exactly what's keeping you stuck. You've been led to believe the pain has to be bad enough before you're allowed to change. That you need to lose everything, fall apart publicly, before help is something you deserve.

But rock bottom never comes. You're too capable for that, too resilient and too good at holding it all together. So you keep waiting for a sign, something to push you, while the grey area quietly becomes your new normal.

Image

Identity

This is where the grey area comes into play, sure your habits are great , however if you're not tying things back to your identity and believing in who you are, everything else fails.

Every pattern you keep repeating, over and over, every version of change that hasn't stuck, it all comes from the same place. An identity that was built for a time in your life that’s no longer serving you.

This is the level that most solutions don't reach, it's the only level where change actually lasts, because when you shift who you are, everything else follows.

Ready to talk it through?

Book a chemistry call. No pressure, no pitch. Just a real conversation to see if this is the right fit, for both of us.

What happens on the call

In 90 minutes, you will do real work, not just take notes, not watch slides, and certainly not be told to just ‘think positive’.

You will leave with a deeper understanding of yourself, your patterns and why they are no longer serving you.

01

Name the feeling

We’ll put language to the thing you’ve been carrying but couldn’t quite articulate because it's always just been a feeling. When you hear it named accurately, something releases and that’s where we start.

02

Understand why nothing has stuck

Not because you’re undisciplined. Because you’ve been trying to renovate the house without touching the foundations and working on what's going on beneath the surface. We’ll show you exactly what level change actually needs to happen at.

03

Meet your protective patterns

A live reflective exercise, you’ll identify the pattern that keeps showing up across jobs, relationships, and Monday mornings. Then we’ll trace it back to where it came from and why it made complete sense at the time.

04

See the map

You’ll get a clear picture of what the grey area is, why it’s different from other kinds of change, and what a structured path through it actually looks like; it's all evidence-based at the identity-level. Built for this space and season, from real-life transitions.

Your guide

Keelie Louise

“I know this specific kind of lost from the inside. Not from a book, not from a course. From living it, time and time again and choosing, eventually, to build something from it to help others do the same.”

Keelie Louise is the founder of the Limen Method - a 12-week methodology built specifically for people in the grey area, the in-between, the season between deciding something needs to change and actually becoming who you want to be. She also partners with Monash University's Corporate Education team as the Head of Coaching.

Her work is grounded in positive psychology, behavioural science, and years of lived experience navigating the exact transitions her clients face. Multiple cities. Divorce. Sobriety. Anxiety. Depression. Choosing values-led living when it would have been far easier not to.

She doesn't just teach this, she has lived every part of it on more than one occasion. Believing that growth is ongoing and unless we are constantly evolving then we are dying. That's not a story she apologises for, it's the most important thing she brings.

There are no quick fixes with any of this work. Real change happens in the messy moments when no one is watching. In those small 1% decisions to be better than the person you were yesterday. The small nods to your new identity that no one else might notice, but you know. Those are the moments that add up. Where we fail, we get back up, we dust off our crown (king or queen), put it back on and go again.

You’ve made it this far for a reason.

If you're looking for a motivation hit, a quick fix, or someone to tell you you're doing fine, then this workshop isn't for you.

But if you're done starting over, time and time again. If you're tired of almost. If you're exhausted from beating yourself up every time you give up. If part of you has quietly stopped believing that change is actually possible for you, then…

Welcome, my friend.

We believe

There are no quick fixes. Real change happens in the messy moments when no one is watching. In those small 1% decisions to be better than the person you were yesterday or an hour again. The quiet nods to your new identity that no one else might notice, but you do, you know. You feel them and the shift thats starting to happen - those are the moments that add up.

You will fall down, that's not failure, that's the work, that's the beauty of it all. Because, most people, they dont get up they accept failure and think that they cant or use it as proof as to why they shouldnt.

The difference between you, everyone else and the person you’re becoming is what you do next. Because here we get back up, straighten our crown (king or queen), we learn our lesson and we go again, as many times as we need to.

Reserve your place

You've read this far,

this next step is easy and won't cost you a thing.

Although, honestly... it might cost you your excuses.

Because staying the same? That's the expensive option, the grey area has been charging you in other ways. In energy, in time, in the version of yourself you keep almost becoming. Comfortable unhappiness has a price tag too. It's just quieter and it doesn't come from your bank balance.

This workshop is complimentary - 90 minutes of real work, with someone who has been exactly where you are and built the map to get out.

The first people through this virtual door don't just experience this, they help shape what it becomes.

Places are limited. When they’re gone, they’re gone.

→ Language for the feeling you've been carrying but couldn't name

An understanding of yourself that changes the way you see everything

→ Meet your protective patterns live in the room where they came from and why they made complete sense at the time

→ A clear picture of the grey area, what it actually is, and what a real way through looks like

→ The Limen Index a short diagnostic you'll complete before the session so you arrive already knowing something important about yourself

Reserve your place

If something's coming up for you…

Questions people ask before they say yes.

"I've tried things before and they haven't worked."

That's not a reason to scroll past, that's even more reason to show up. Everything you've tried before was operating at the wrong level. This workshop explains why, and what will actually make a difference instead.

"I'm not sure I'm ready."

Readiness isn't a feeling you wait for. It's something that builds through movement, through showing up even when it feels uncomfortable. You don't need to be ready, you need to show up. The rest happens in the room, with everyone else feeling exactly the same way.

"I don't really have a problem. I just feel a bit stuck."

That’s precisely who this is for. You don’t need to be in crisis to deserve support. The grey area is for people who are functioning and quietly exhausted by it.

"What if I can't make the time?"

You have time for everything except this. That’s not a criticism, it's the data, it's your default response. Ninety minutes, all virtual, no travel and even no pants if that's your thing, there's no judgment here.

What people say

People who were exactly where you are.

Not dramatic rock-bottom stories. People who were functioning, quietly restless, and tired of almost. Their words, not ours.

Kim Karen

"I'd been 'fine' for so long I'd forgotten what actually feeling something was like. The workshop named it in the first twenty minutes. I booked the program that night."

Lexi Larkin

"Every book, every app, every January resolution, same result. This was the first time I understood why. Not more information. A completely different level."
